I have had the opportunity to work on a number of panels that have helped to make decisions that impact the education processes in the state of Florida through the Florida Department of Education. I have also had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous education stake-holders such as foundation presidents, superintendents, principals, testing coordinators, university professors, and others in order to have discussions and make decisions that positively impact and enhance education processes.  I have worked with organizations such as BetterLesson and TeachingWorks (University of Michigan Graduate School of Education) to develop high-leverage content and model high-leverage practices.  My recent trip to Finland to study their educational system has enhanced and  influenced the work that I do.
